Skilcraft Equipment Locked Out safety tags feature a perforated, removable stub for operational control and record-keeping. Stub features room to record the name, time, job title of the work and serial numbers. Stub has a reinforced grommet to hold keys and is removable when attached to a lockout point. Only the person in possession of the stub is able to remove the tag. Tags measure 7" x 3". 10 tags per package.
