Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AB1Supply purchase.

Return Period:
Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A copy of the purchase order or invoice must accompany each return.

Non-Returnable Items:
Some products cannot be returned due to safety or contractual restrictions, including:

  • Food, perishable, or medical consumables

  • Custom, special-order, or built-to-spec products

  • Opened cleaning chemicals or PPE

  • Items identified as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Return Authorization:
Contact support@ab1supply.com before returning any merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery to arrange replacement or credit at no additional charge.
