SKILCRAFT® Gate Valve Lockout devices adjust from 10" to 13" to fit gate valve hand wheels. Will accommodate 4 padlocks with a maximum shackle diameter of 3/8". Lockout device is made from durable plastic and can withstand temperatures from -20° to 200° F. Device has a label stating, "DANGER Locked Out Do Not Operate". Made in the U.S.A.
