Vinyl camouflage binder has inside front and back pockets and a heavy-duty ring mechanism. Designed for 8-1/2" W x 11" L paper. Board is 100% recycled with 30% post-consumer waste. Rings are 15-20% recycled pre-consumer waste and 70-80% post-consumer recycled content. Total binder is 52% recycled. BPA Free.
